Miracles do happen during the most unfortunate circumstances. A crash as severe as the one an Oakville woman walked away from can happen at any time. Fortune was smiling on her amid the bad luck and she remained uninjured.
Her rescuers paid her a recent visit.
Thursday, Mrs. Tobiasz was walking and laughing in her Oakville home as she hosted some of the men and women from the Mississauga fire department and the OPP who helped rescue her. Firefighter Angie Gauthier was glad to be of service and it was an emotional reunion.
