Oakville Lacrosse Announces Box Lacrosse Offered in Winter

Oakville Lacrosse home of the Hawks has announced the 2012 Junionr CLAX program which will allow players to play year round.  Locations are the Powerade Centre in Brampton and the GM Centre in Oshawa.  For players wishing to play lacrosse during the winter, it is now possible.

The goal for the upcoming season is to make 4 teams in each age division, Rep Skill Level, and have competitive and Pro-Like games alongside the Canadian Lacrosse League 2012 season schedule.
Age Groups:

PEEWEE: Players Born in 2000 or 2001
BANTAM: Players Born in 1998 or 1999
MIDGET: Players Born in 1996 or 1997
PROSPECTS: Players born between 1992 and 1995.

Each team will carry 15 runners and at least one goalie. No Offence/Defence allowed, promoting players playing all areas of the game, a 12 game Regular Season, as well as playoffs.   Visit clax.ca the Canadian Lacrosse Leauge for details.
